Tournament teams - Schedule is post on the web site. Brian had a game change request. Brian will see Chris after the meeting. Registratoin for Friday night games will be allowed at the main site (5:00 - 7:00pm). Teams not playing Friday night will need to go to the West fields to register (6:00-9:00). 104 teams total. A little less than last year. Not as many U8/U9 teams/ |

Field Marshal - We will be doing a new procedue to check-in and pick-up the cards. Each team must come to the assigned Field Marshal tent to check-in. Their cards will be kept at the field marshal tent. The home team coach will take the game card back to the field and present it to the referee. After the game, the home coach returns the game card to the field marshal tent to retrieve their cards. Chris will send out an email to all of the coaches with these instructions. Russ recommends checking in at least 30 minutes prior to the game. |

Parking - Each team will probably have a Sat and a Sun session. We'd like to get the same people on each day if possible (less training required). No parking in the housing developments. Referees will get parking permits to park behind the concession stand. Looking at TellLabs building as a possible alternate site. That would be 1,000 spots. The High School is another possible location. |

Concessions - We can hire some "regular" help for the tournament if necessary (that is the kids that usually work concessions stand as paid employees). Need to rent a U-Haul truck to keep supplies in and transport from Sams. Sat and Sun night, any help would be welcome to help clean-up so we can all go home. That is concessions clean-up, straighten up tables/chairs, ... Pizza starting at 11:00, 15 pizzas to start (7 cheese, 4 Sausage, 4 Pepperoni). Need to ask for Pizza warmer also. |

Volunteers - Participation in the event is what determines the percentage of proceeds: Meeting attendance, Parking, Concessions, Field Marshal, Tourney board positions. We will write community service letters for any teenager who want to get hours. |
