Key: Action items in bold italic.

1
Tournament teams:

Looking for teams to come to the tournament to even out the brackets.  Boys teams need more help than the girls, but not much.  At present we have 54 teams (not including our teams).

All of the Raider teams need to send in a registration form from our web page.

Coaches should try to recruit some teams in their division.
2
Parking -

Would like names and emails for all of the teams.  Russ will send out and Matt will post on web site when available.
3
Web site updates -
Need to update the remote parking location

Friday registration should be at the West Campus (new fields) - need to update the info on the web site.

Remove raffle from note from the web site.
4
Concessions -
Need volunteers to help with this.  Can use help on Friday to unload the supplies.
5
Volunteers -

18 teams in the tournament.

Will need volunteers from every team for Parking and Field Marshal for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Field Marshals (16 yrs and up) - 3 volunteers per team per day (2 hour shifts)
Parking (18 yrs and up) - 3 volunteers per team per day (2 hour shifts)
Concessions (adults and kids) - Z volunteers per team per day  - Check last years schedule.
6 Trophies -
Team awards will be a plaque.
We are giving out flashlights instead of cards this year.
7 Programs -
Matt and Al will take care of it again.  Program format will be the same as last year (i.e., 8.2x11'' folded).
8 Brackets -
We don't have a set style at this point.  4 teams = round-robin, 6 teams = 2 divisions and cross.

We need to have specfic rules about what winning the round robin means and what winning the championship game means.  That is, if you win the championship game, you win.  It is not a standard game and contributes to a point total.  Brackets should play teams in their own division round robin, plus one cross over to lead to selecting teams for the championship game.
