Team Responses:
Chris has sent out an evite to every coaching NISL and IWSL. Already have 6 teams from LTSC. Last year we had 111 teams (16 from BSC). We were full on all U10 and U11 fields, so no more teams at that age than we had last year. Rough target is 110 - 120 teams. Also looking at increasing the length of the games. Registration will be done at the new concession stand (so we have better parking arrangements for Friday night). |

Referees and Evites: Naperville is providing free food and payment on site. We have always given free lunch tickets for each day, free water and payment on site. |

Vendors: Tattoos - He will make a tattoo of the team/club logo if we can get them soon enough Dairy Queen - Matt & Al Kettle Corm - Talked to two guys, but neither have said yes yet. Town Train - Hope is to have the train go around field 5 (Chris is working on this) Fine Designs - Approved an additional logo for the T-shirt guy (easier to print) Art in Focus Photography - Teams will need to sign up to get photographed "Moon Bounce" tents - Chris is working on getting someone to come for free. Climbing wall - Chris is working on getting the BPD to come out |

Field Layout: Steve will start looking at it with Chris. Hopefully we can get a similar layout to last year. |

Parking Layout: The new lot has 167 spots. There are 218 in the existing lot. Brian will have the schedule for all of the teams and better way to sign in. There are another 150 spots at Pioneer school. Considering using Tellab's lot (which is huge). Getting the corner lot would still be optimal. Brian will talk to the owner and try to arrange a money exchange. We had a complaint last year from the subdivision, so we really don't want don't want to park on the street. |

Tournament Insurance: Al brought up if we have tournament profit insurance. Al has a contact to check it out, so he will look into that. Next year to need to state our policy about refunding team fees more clearing in the tournament documentation. |

Comments/issues: Steve talked to Allied Waste and they will supply a roll off box and port-a-toliets again at no cost. |
