Coaches and Trainers - Training agreement forms were distributed to be filled out by each trainer (e.g., contact info, ...). We need to have these filled out by the trianer and returned by the next coaches meeting. In addition, training record forms were reviewed by coaches and training reps. The forms will be printed in triplicate. The coach and trainer will sign the form at the training session. The coach will keep one copy, the trainer will keep one copy and one copy will be dropped off at a mail box on the concessions stand. For practice cancellations, a 2 hour notice is preferred. One hour is acceptable for some trainers. Coaches should ask the trainers how much notice they need prior to practice. Goalie training will be Saturday morning. We need to verify with John Sidman that we can have a field for this (e.g., Jr preferably or Elem) Denise if available on M, W, F at Bolingbrook. Wed is already booked. We could offer Denise 8 teams (9 sessions). Matt will find out Denise's availablity on Tues 8/7. Phil's time is reduce this season. Linda is working on getting trainer availability. Ivan is currently scheduled for Tu, Th with the U8 boys. Coaches should send Russ their planned practice sessions. Need to have the BPD check the timer on the lights -- Steve Smith action item. |

IWSL game changes - New rule this year that allows teams to change the time or their games before 9/1. The date cannot be changed, but the time can be changed prior to 9/1 without a game change form. Then there are 2 game changes as usual. |
