Volunteers -

Pool Paty (5/17 - Father's day)
- Looking for someone to make a flyer and coordinating collecting money for "extra" people.  $7 per person.  Pizza/pop will be Dominos because the pool can only use Dominos.  Pool and Pizza need 2 weeks advance notice of final head-count.(i.e., 5/3).  About 300 kids in traveling.  Last year we would have been short on pizza if everyone showed up.

Still looking for someone to coordinate training efforts and so forth.

Try-outs:
High School Girls Only - May 19 (5:00 pm) & June 2 (5:00pm)
All others - June 2 (5:00pm), 6 (7:00pm), & 9 (5:00pm)

Registration fees:
Youth Girls - $360
Youth Boys - $370
High School Girls - $215
High School Boys - $200
online registration will be used - Check payments only (credit card processing fee is 3% which adds up on higher traveling fees)

Increase due to IWSL fees up 25% last year, plus another $50 this year.  Also contributing to club overhead that has been ignored in the past: PCA, equipment, pictures, ...  Training budget will still be $100 per person.

Training:
Need to confirm usage for teams using "club" trainers.  Coaches need to report any missed seasons to Chris so that we can appropriately credit the teams for missed sessions.

Pictures:
Any traveling teams can pick up a packet at the concessions stand if desired.  Note that pictures are NOT inlcuded in the package for Spring.
