| 1 | Scooter Box Fund raising - This is a small plastic docking block to park a scooter on in the garage. Their system is a completely on-line and allows kids to sell this product by sending out emails to friends/relatives (no door to door). They had a video display. $9 commission to the club per scooter box sale. Each child has their own link, the link can be by first name (and number) and team name. Retail price: $18 ($9 comes back to us). Also available to come to the tournament and give a $500 donation to have a tent. |

Coaching meetings - Tom will cover these meeting. Greg and John S will be out of town. Noreen to talk about refs. |

Traveling - Russ had a Nike catalog with things we could get with our $800 credit. Not much in the way of eqiupment in the catalog. Looking at fees for next year. NISL wants a 5v5 game for U8B. We don't think we can afford to have a team at this level with so few players. NISL max roster is 12 players, but we envision playing time being a major issue with so many players. Michelle Burgess is going to run the pool party this year. |

Chris put on flyers for the tournament at the IWSL meeting. Chris will be more flyers for the NISL meeting (probably 400 more copies). |
