If you have a family account, just sign-in and use the "Register a Player for a Program?" link to sign-up (left side of page).  Make sure to select "Traveling '08-'09" as the program and complete all 6 steps in the registration process.  Note that the payment page will ask you to select check or credit card as a payment type, but notice that the charge is $0 (so just select "check" and continue to the last step).

If you don't have a family account, please use the family registration form link to create an account and add your child(ren).  Then register your child for the program as explained above.
